Late breaking session: About 10 papers will be accepted for presentation in a late-breaking / student session in the conference.

The purpose of the late-breaking papers is to provide attendees with information about research that was initiated, enhanced, improved, or completed after the original paper submission deadline.

Submission: To ensure coverage of the most up-to-date research, the deadline for submission is set on June, 17th.

Papers should be submitted to the conference organizers following LNAI style.

Review and acceptance: Late-breaking papers will be examined for relevance and quality by the organisers of the MDAI conference, but no formal review process will take place.

Acceptance will also be determined on the basis of available "slots" in the Late-breaking / student session. Slots will be filled on the "First-in" basis.

Publication: Papers will be published in a booklet.

Authors will individually retain copyright (and all other rights) to their late-breaking papers.

Registration: Authors of late breaking / student session will pay early registration fares (even if registration is after April 31st).
