Modeling Decisions for Artificial Intelligence

Camera-ready: Camera-ready versions of accepted papers should be prepared using the LaTeX 2e style or the Word template of Springer Verlag Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence/Computer Science. For LaTeX2e, a macro package llncs.zip and an example file typeinst.zip can be downloaded from here. For Microsoft Word, a template word.zip can be downloaded from here.
Camera-ready versions of accepted papers should be at most 12 pages long .
IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT include running heads in your paper

Submission: For publication of the paper we need: (a) source files for the paper (when multiple files are required, please ZIP them); (b) a camera-ready PDF file; (c) registration form (see here, fax No: +81-29-853-5135, Att.: MDAI 2005, Sadaaki Miyamoto, Yasunori Endo); (d) for papers accepted for LNCS/LNAI a copyright transfer form (file here fax/mail it to: +34 935 809 661, Att.: Vicenc Torra, IIIA-CSIC).

Source file (only one file, please ZIP them when several ones are required) and the PDF file should be sent to mdai@iiia.csic.es

File names should follow this scheme: surname.IdPaperNumber.pdf/zip

The body of the e-mail message should contain IN PLAIN TEXT: (i) the title of the paper; (ii) the names and affiliations of authors; (iii) the e-mail, telephone and facsimile numbers of the contact author




General information: Original technical contributions are sought. Contributions will be selected on the basis of their quality. Papers will be evaluated by at least two reviewers. One full registration will cover at most two published papers, each additional paper by the same registration will be subject to an additional fee (equivalent to a student fee).
Publication: Proceedings with accepted papers will be published in the LNAI/LNCS series (Springer-Verlag), and distributed at the conference.
Besides, papers, that according to the evaluation of the referees, are not suitable for the LNAI but that have some merits will be published in a CD-ROM proceedings and scheduled in the MDAI program.
